We know schedules are crazy. With our new membership options choose quantity of training sessions a week and attend any of the Membership Training sessions we are offering.


🔷 Options for 1, 2, 3, and 4 times per week. Cost is $90, $160, $225, $285   per month respectively.

Washington Strength and speed

If your athlete wants to be faster, power development is a big part of speed!! Program will be 1hr long and incorporate movement mechanics and strength training. 12 week program starting Feb24th.


🔷 $540 for MWF @ 3:45 to 4:45 or 5:45pm-6:45pm

Future Panther Program

A strong and powerful athlete comes from a strong foundation. Athletes are very receptive at this age to correct or learn proper form. Your athlete will lay the ground work to build on in years to come. Program is for 12 weeks starting Feb25th
