Future Panther Program

Program Runs from Feb 28th to May 18th

A strong and powerful athlete comes from a strong foundation. Athletes are very receptive at this age to correct or learn proper form. Your athlete will lay the ground work to build on in years to come.


🔷Learn to move more efficiently through age appropriate exercises/drills.


🔷 Learn proper lifting technique and form.


🔷High focus on injury prevention.

Men's Summit

Program Runs between Feb 27th to May 19th

 We will be starting another round of WSC's Men's Summit after this one ends. 12 week program for only $380.


🔷All fitness levels welcome. Modifications can be made for any.


🔷12 week training program starting on November 7th


🔷Monday, Wednesday, Friday at 5:00 pm

Washington Strength

Open sign up - prorating available

We are continuing to take new entries into our Washington Strength program. Here your athlete will learn proper lifting form and progress through different phases of weight training to maximize performance.

Washington Speed

We are continuing to take new entries into our Washington Speed program. here your athlete will learn proper movement mechanics such as sprinting, jumping, linear, change of direction, and more.

Women of Strength

Program Starting - TBD

We are introducing a Women of Strength program. Lifting weights is an important part of bodily health, weight loss, and can be a huge confidence booster!!

High School Soccer Training

We are working hand in hand with head coach Zerbonia to bring your athlete the most comprehensive training season yet at Washington High School. Preseason training will start at the beginning of the year (dependent on captain practice schedule) till the start of the season 


🔵 This program is for the committed athlete that wants to go the extra mile to improve this season.


🔵 Will consist of a mix of injury prevention/recovery, speed, and strength training
