If your athlete wants to be faster, power development is a big part of speed!! Program will be 1hr long and incorporate movement mechanics and strength training. 11 week program starting May 25th

A strong and powerful athlete comes from a strong foundation. Athletes are very receptive at this age to correct or learn proper form. Your athlete will lay the ground work to build on in years to come. Program is for 11 weeks starting May 25th
🔷Learn to move more efficiently through age appropriate exercises/drills.
🔷Program is for all sports ages 8-12
🔷 Learn proper lifting technique and form.
🔷High focus on injury prevention.
🔷$330 for Tuesday Thursday @ 9am or 4:45pm

A strength and conditioning program designed specifically for homeschool athletes ages 12-18, combining age-appropriate training with education in nutrition, exercise science, and body adaptations

We know schedules are crazy. With our new membership options choose quantity of training sessions a week and attend any of the Membership Training sessions we are offering.
🔷 Options for 1, 2, 3, and 4 times per week. Cost is $90, $160, $225, $285 per month respectively.

Strength training for women is very important and sometime overlooked. In this program you will learn why strength training is the most important part to all fitness goals

Most 60+ adults don't need to train like athletes. They need to train smart — building the strength, stability, and confidence to feel better in everyday life.
This program is built around research-backed strength training designed specifically for adults 60+ who want to move well, stay strong, and stay independent.
