If your athlete wants to be faster, power development is a big part of speed!! Program will be 1hr long and incorporate movement mechanics and strength training. 11 week program starting Nov 17th.

A strong and powerful athlete comes from a strong foundation. Athletes are very receptive at this age to correct or learn proper form. Your athlete will lay the ground work to build on in years to come. Program is for 11 weeks starting Nov 18th

Partnering with Washington JFL for your off season training. Athletes will be split by age to provide age apropriate training. Ages 12-14 will have a higher focus on strength and muscle building. Ages 8-11 will have a higher focus on foundational strength and movement.
