The work doesn't stop when the season does. Our summer programs will set your athlete up for the upcoming season. We use researched backed programs to provide our athletes with top tier training. Your athlete will learn to move properly, safely and get stronger and more explosive through our sport specific training.
Testing for programs will take place on May 31st from 12pm - 3pm. All programs will be tested during that time. Training will start the following week (June 3rd) at your scheduled times. Retests will take place on Saturday August 10th between 10 am and 12pm along with our end of summer event with catered food and treats for the kids!! We can explain the schedule more when we contact you for sign up confirmation.
We have sport specific programs for the sports that we have been in contact with the coaches for. It is our goal to work hand in hand with coaches to be able to optimize training for what they see their team needing. If you do not see your sport below we still have programs for your athlete!!
